From the underlying mechanism to architecture establishment, we aim at the optimization and development of high-performance flexible sensor, including the fundamental property such as linearity, sensitivity, and working range.
We also seek the advanced approach to broaden the applications of wearable electronics from healthcare monitoring to intelligent human-machine interactions.
Via coupling of the magnetism-functionalized components, we search for advanced methodology to mimic the perception function of human skin and neural system.

Our primary interest lies in the design and preparation of robust surface with durable water repellency towards the real-world use. Related fluid dynamics was also focused to explore the phenomena such as droplet rebound, and colloid assembly, etc.
We are also interested in the study of fluid behavior in the micro-confined scales, e.g. microfluidic channels, and exploring the approaches for fluid control in the laminar region.
The non-wetting effect on flexible device provides an inspiring solution to advance the applications of wearable systems. We aim to explore related methods that can effectively protect the flexible sensors with anti-fouling capabilities.
